What we hold
To build and send your skis we hold your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the design you bought. For a shop account we also hold the business details and VAT number you registered.
Payments
Card details never reach us. Payment is handled by Stripe, who tell us only that a payment succeeded and pass on the contact and delivery details you gave them.
Images you upload
A photograph you upload is stored privately so your design can be printed. It is not published and not shared. When you buy a design we keep a copy of the image with the order, because that order has to stay reproducible.
How long
Orders are kept as long as accounting requires. The print file itself is deleted after ninety days and re-made from the order if it is needed again.

Write to us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows.
