Who we are
Signature Skis designs and prints custom ski topsheets. These terms cover buying a pair from us, and running a Signature Skis account as a shop.
Ordering
A price is confirmed when you reach the payment page, and payment is taken by Stripe. We build to order, so a design cannot be changed once it is paid for. If we cannot produce what you ordered, we refund it in full.
The images
Photographs from our catalogue are licensed from stock providers for the print you buy. That licence covers your own skis; it does not let you resell the artwork. An image you upload stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to print it.
Our mark
Every board carries the Signature Skis mark at its base unless you pay to have it left off, which is offered at the confirmation step.
Shops
A shop account pays a monthly subscription and a fee for each print, billed at the end of the month. Prints are downloaded and produced by the shop. Access stops if the subscription lapses.
Delivery and returns
We ship within the EU and the Alpine countries. Because every pair is made to your design, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.
